Public Meetings
Two rounds of evening public meetings are planned over the course of the Plan and Map Update.The first round of evening public meetings will occur in October 2008. These meetings will introduce the public to the update process as well as showcase data and preliminary findings. This is an opportunity for the general public to obtain information and share their thoughts on the Plan and Map development early in the process. The dates, locations and meeting materials of the October 2008 meetings include:

All four meetings will have the same content and format. Read the offical press release.
The second round of public meetings (4 meetings) will occur in Spring 2009. These meetings will present and ask for public input on the draft plan and map development.
